Founded in 2009 by Catherine Chevalier and Eva Svennung, May is a bilingual journal based in Paris. Conceived as an experimental platform for new forms of criticism, May proposes to examine matters pertaining to the field of contemporary cultural production through essays, exhibition reviews and interviews with international scholars, critics, artists, writers and curators. The starting point of this critical approach is the lack of distinction between information and advertisement that is characteristic of our time.

Subscriptions to the magazine and artist editions will be available for purchase at the end of the evening.

Editorial Committee: Catherine Chevalier, Jay Chung, HeìleÌne Fauquet, Tobias Kaspar, Kari Rittenbach, Cleìment Rodzielski, Eva Svennung.
